YouTube vs. Media Companies
Even Elvis Aaron Presley will probably institute a lawsuit against YouTube and Google figuratively saying. No, “The King of Rock’n'Roll” didn’t rise from the dead. Great music is always around.
I personally believe YouTube takes proper stands in the market. I don’t play down a role of just about any well-known and eminent person that could put in an appearance on YouTube sooner or later. By the way, all of them (dead or alive) can advance a claim.
For most of us YouTube represents a video sharing site worthy of using in every respect. Thus lots of envious companies like Viacom, English Premier Soccer League, etc. sue from time to time.
In response to multitudinous lawsuits against YouTube and Google initiated by media companis, YouTube flashed on to start up big guns, namely, YouTubeClassAction.com.
You would be interested to know that YouTube in this way allows everyone to use this right with ease, therefore it will have far-reaching consequences. They run risks, but they are going to get into hot water in some time. As the call, so the echo.
By the way, just about any user or media company can sue against one or another user-generated content one likes or dislikes. And it must be said that pirated videos are not always copyrighted infringement.
