Most Annoying TV Shows of 2010

There are no existing records or brochures of how many television shows are produced each year in the United States. As of 2010, there are currently 4,728 television broadcast stations—including local and educational stations—in the United States, many of them filling 24 hours of airtime a day. So, the actual number of TV programs created in the U.S. each year could number in the tens of thousands.
A logic question here is if we really watch so much stuff and whether we want to see this or that TV show when turning on a TV. That inspired me to do a small research and find out what TV shows can be considered the most annoying ones in the past 2010.
•    Jersey Shore. This is a reality television series on MTV that follows eight housemates spending their summers together, in the first season at the Jersey Shore, and the second at Miami Beach. Following the success of the first season, MTV announced in January 2010 that a second season would air that summer. The second season premiered on July 29, 2010 and made the show the highest-rated series in MTV’s history. Yet it is time to stop with it.
•    Glee. The musical comedy drama television series that airs on Fox in the United States focuses on the high school glee club New

Directions competing on the show choir competition circuit, while its members deal with relationships, sexuality and social issues. Several awards and negative public acclaim is what we have now.

•    Hannah Montana. Now thousands of teens will argue me, but this is pure factual information I have got from the research. The TV series debuted in 2006 on Disney Channel. focuses on a girl who lives a double life as an average teenage school girl named Miley Stewart (played by Miley Cyrus) by day and a famous pop singer named Hannah Montana by night, concealing her real identity from the public, other than her close friends and family.
In the list can also be included Disaster Date, 16 and Pregant, Teen mom, The Colbert report, Bridal Plasty and Sister Wives.

Top 5 TV Shows of America

Nobody can deny that fact that TV has occupied a large niche in our everyday life. Each one of us spends on average 4 hours in front of a box. It makes me wonder what they watch during all this time. TV shows and TV series turn out to be the most successful and watched. Check out the list of Top 5 TV Shows of America.
•    Dancing with the Stars. The show that is being aired on ABC is based on the similar BBC TV series called Strictly Come Dancing. Professional dancers and celebrities (there you can see top Hollywood actors) are paired up for a season. They try to obtain the highest score possible and get the award.

•    American Idol. The reality show is focused on gifted solo singers who go through a series of auditions so as to choose the best one. Now there have been 9 seasons of the show, and taking into account its popularity, we will see American Idol again.

•    Lost. This live action TV series is beloved by the whole country and far off her borders. Do you know that Lost gathers over 16 million of viewers per episode in the U.S. The 6th season will conclude on May 23, 2010.

•    NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service. This police drama TV series is about a team of special agents who investigate crimes. Among numerous awards of the movie there are, for example, an ALMA Award and 6 ASCAP Awards.

•    House. I definitely cannot but mentioning House, M.D. as all my friends go crazy about it and share the latest episodes and opinions. It was in November 2004 when the medical drama debuted on the Fox. The more seasons are shot, the more popular House is becoming. Among the awards there are People’s Choice Award, 2 Golden Globe Awards, 4 Primetime Emmy Awards, etc.

Stuart Smalley Video - Let’s Laugh Together

Now let’s step aside from the hot topic of Basic Instinct video clips that we discussed the last time and go over to something cheerful and funny.

It was in the early 1970s when every person in the U.S. talked about Stuart Smalley, a fictional character surrounded by multiple talks and rumors. The most unusual thing is that nobody knew for sure what kind of person Stuart was. It was a character with fictional obsessions and problems. There were even numerous hints about Stuart’s sexual orientation because all of his partners had uncertain names such as Chris or Dale. Initially the character appeared on the show Saturday Night Life, then it was followed by so called self-help show Daily Affirmation with Stuart Smalley.

The character of Stuart was performed by Senator Al Franken who is comedian, politician and writer. Actually, he became famous after Saturday Night Life release. Precisely that made him take up filming and writing again. Personally for me it is uncommon to see a person as a comedian and a politician at the same time. Anyway, Al Franklin performed perfectly. Let’s enjoy some Stuart Smalley videos by Al Franklin.

The popularity of Stuart grew up enormously that led to a novel and an audiobook releases. In the end, the film called Stuart saves His Family came out. I can’t but mentioning some catchphrases beloved by everybody: “Stinkin’ thinkin”, “I’m good enough, I’m smart enough, and doggone it, people like me” or “Trace it, face it, and erase it” and many others.

You know, while looking for the videos I came across a huge number of discussions and comments where people share their love for the character. They say that even having passed so many years they laugh watching a piece of a series. It cheers them up and make smile. So, let’s laugh together enjoying some scenes.
