5 Movies That Make Audience Sick

When a movie becomes really popular, ever cinema and TV channel does its best to be the first to show it on the screen. That is how the most popular movies turn to be the most annoying ones. Here is the list of the best Hollywood movies that make people feel sick when they watch it on TV.
•    Avatar. Yes, how much you love this movie, it has been on our screen so many times, they we must say No finally. I just want to say thanks to James Cameron who created such a great epic story. But please stop it.

•    The Passion of the Christ. ‘Avatar’ is not the only blockbuster that left a wake in its wake, however. In 2004, ‘The Passion of the Christ’ shocked audiences with its graphic depiction of the crucifixion.

•    The Blair Witch Project. You might expect horror movies to headline a list like this, but the mass sickness caused by ‘The Blair Witch Project’ shot in 1999 was due less to the content than to the style. The movie’s use of handheld cameras and jerky editing led to motion sickness among audiences from coast-to-coast.

•    The Exorcist. The movie was released by Warner Bros. in 1973. A film rewrote the entire concept of horror movies, a blockbuster box office smash continues to earn them money up to this day. By the way, the movie resulted so scary that one day a usual moviegoer fainted and broke his jaw when he fell onto the seat in front of him.

•    Psycho. Before ‘The Exorcist,’ of course, there was ‘Psycho,’ which shocked audiences in 1960 with the sudden and gruesome murder of star Janet Leigh less than halfway through the film. Audiences around the globe were reported to have been afflicted with widespread fainting and vomiting spells, which only helped pique interest about the movie.

The Best Event Video: Avatar vs The Hurt Locker

All night long directors of both films kept their breath waiting for the results. Somebody was satisfied, while others were definitely not. Avatar of James Cameron won in three categories, and The Hurt Locker took six of them. No doubt, The Hurt Locker is a good and quality film about war, but its victory seems a bit strange.
Some critics suggested their point of view about the issue. Here I have some general factors that might have influenced this year’s results:
•    Social message. People prefer dramas to sci-fi stories. The thing is life stories are closer and more familiar to them than an unknown and fictional world of Pandora. The Americans tend to cheer for the U.S. success war operations in The Hurt Locker rather than watch their defeat in Avatar.
•    Age. The majority of viewers are senior. They have got used to movies that are standard. How can they appreciate the miracle of 3D? Besides, not a single sci-fi film has resulted the best according to the Academy.
•    Completely New. Avatar was a shock for most people who have not seen anything like this in their life. There were several similar precedents in Academy history. Innovations, 3D, new technique – that is not for Oscar.
•    Personal Affection. We could see during the event that voters are inclined to obey blindly their feelings. They have an idol and follow his each step exclaiming how perfect he or she is. And no matter what in reality is. The same happened on the red carpet this year. Just remember the cases of Meryl Strip or George Clooney. And James Cameron, on the contrary, was creamed. What should we love him for?
Well, for this or that reason the best film of these days was beaten by a standard one. Is it fair?

Meet Again With the Genius of Cameron in “Avatar”

Meet Again With the Genius of Cameron in “Avatar”Before Christmas holidays we received a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the real cinema masterpiece – the film “Avatar” shot by James Cameron, the film-director of the legendary “Titanic”. “Avatar” won first place at the box office for the second weekend in a row and reached the $1 billion milestone worldwide.

Even if you don’t appreciate science-fiction I’m sure you would be greatly impressed by this film. So, what can you expect from this film?, new ideas, extraordinary and fantastic world, which seems to be real, special effects, more of 150 minutes without relapsing – and it’s not all that is awaiting for you while watching this film.

Pandora, the planet where the story takes place, strikes everybody by its overwhelming beauty. The wild life, the jungle, the animals, the Na’vi-s, or the dragon-like flying creatures are all so life-like, that they almost pop-off the screen

What about feelings after viewing “Avatar”?

Cameron would not be Cameron if he hadn’t not captured the attention of the audience and held it from the very beginning and up to the end of the film.

You may notice that music in “Avatar” practically does not stop for a minute (even during the dialogues of the heroes). The sound wave embraces you, smoothly or sharply lifting and lowering your impressions. What it is possible to tell? The film is surprisingly colorful, it is possible to tell, that it’s mysteriously colorful.

“Avatar” is full of associations, allegories and allusions. The pictures stir you imagination .The power of the film is great - it causes emotions, penetrates directly into subconsciousness. The film is not simple, it opens before you a lot of sides of life, and it is multidimensional in all senses.

“Avatar” is a movie experience to be remembered, it’s a movie, which is worth seeing.

I’m sure, that “Avatar” will continue to enjoy plenty of success.
