Joost reveals its advertising launch partners
Joost TV signed ad deals with 32 well-known brands from U.S. and Europe.
That sounds a good idea. Among these partners are global companies like Coca-Cola, Nike, GM, Visa, HP, Intel have signed three-month contracts with Joost. The ads will be traditional spots, including a small digitall overlay ad.
What is more, there will be incorporated some ad widgets and Ad Bug in the form of an animated logo in the corner of the screen.
It happens no by chance, cause internet television is more popular today than decades before. So arises a question: “Why is the very site?“.
Apparently, Joost is one of the most pertinent web TV sites. Web TV has very much in common with traditional TV sets, therefore brands can preserve both the audiences: online and offline. By the way, Joost is going to divide its windfall between Viacom and Diversion.
“The industry response to Joost has been overwhelming, as is evidenced by the calibre of our launch partners,” Joost’s senior vice president of global advertising Nick Loria said.
He added: “Online video distribution is becoming an increasingly competitive medium for advertisers, and Joost delivers a distinct environment: the ability to micro-target audiences with new and unique ads during professionally-produced programming.”
