Really stupid people videos
Have we become so dumb that today we can smile and laugh at really stupid people videos? I must say that every one of us has faced such stupid videos many times. It's practically impossible to avoid them while surfing the net. Visiting practically every video site you are offered a heap of different videos, that are not "very wise", to put it mildly. So what makes us watch these stupid videos and not skip them? Even if we don't do it on purpose, our eyes will certainly stop at an interesting picture with some people and maybe even animals in a very barmy pose. So we have an irresistible desire to see all this in action. And when wee see the caption that is as clottish as the picture itself this desire grows even faster.
What do they usually show in these stupid people video clips? Children, low IQ people, different silly situations. But I personally can't laugh at mentally sick people. And I'm sure that it's right from the ethical point of view.
Well, let's see what attracts us to watch such really stupid people videos. Why do we watch them? Maybe we do so because we observe how these narrow-minded people behave in these video clips and believe that we can't get into such a situation. We believe that we have higher IQ than these people. In this way we may increase our self-esteem. So such really stupid people videos are only for those who are not confident enough and are not sure in his or her mental abilities. So if we gather some statistics about the frequent visitors of the sites that offer you to download such stupid people videos, we will get to know how many lunatics there are among the net-users.
But it's only a dark side. May be I'm just exaggerating. Maybe the situation is not as awful as it seems to be at first sight. For example, you have just come home after a hard working day and want simply to switch off your mind for a while. So you download one of such stupid videos and your brain rests in this way. But I don't think that it's the best way to rewind. But everyone do this in their own way. So I can't judge anyone.
