Here's a Quick Way to Create, Discover, Search, Share for Videos Online

How many freebies do you know? These services, where you can get any source of information (music, books, video, games) are a great many, especially taking into consideration video sharing sites and services on the web. And we are addicted to our pc surfing all evenings long the web for freebies. We want to watch streaming video, funny videos, music clips for free, but we feel up to upload our home videos to show the way of our living, stuck up about, make other people happy and smile. Several years ago it was quite unusual to watch streaming videos for free, but now it's easy to use. But we should remember that there are just a few things we can crave for – and they are indispensable. These services and sites are useful as well as their database. You are not a professional cameraman, but you adhere to a decision, that your home funny video will be unforgettable, you want to share it with your friends and relatives. You think to yourself, "This is going to be a really good video". And you are going towards your aim….You put a lot of effort into your home movies: recording them, and then editing them down to tight. Video sharing services let you upload your videos and then share them with your friends or with the entire world via the web. Let's briefly review 10 of them, I like most of all.
  • Revver is a good source. If people watch your video, you get paid 20% of what the advertiser pays Revver. Revver shares 50 percent of the ad revenue with you. Revver uploader accepts files over 10 Mb and doesn't limit the size or quantity of files you can upload. Offers a unique revenue-sharing model that may appeal to content owners and producers. But has some cons: problem with uploading your video.
The service's playback interface is simple. Tagging, emailing, rating, playlisting. Even if you didn't set up your videos as streaming files, Revver streams the video on playback. You are free to download Revver videos, since they have ads embedded in them, and you can republish them anywhere on the Internet.
  • Vimeo. It's easy to use service. I don't like the videos are not streamed on playback, but you can save and accumulate the files locally. You can vote, comment here. The videos you upload here, go to del.icio.us, flickr, myspace. Embedding. No more than 20 Mb.
  • Google video. The service reaches a large audience, cause it’s Google. To upload properly you should have the Google Video Uploader. It's convenient to monetize your content just by assigning sale prices to your video clips. Google requires a "video verification", i.e. your submission is reviewed for technical and legal policies. So it may takes some days for approval.
  • Youtube. It's well-known video sharing community, which was bought by Google. Tabbing, flagging, tagging and commenting. Creating playlists, subscription to uploads and tags. Embedded in other websites such as Blogger, MySpace, Searchles etc.
  • Jumpcat. You can create, edit and remix videos online. Videos don't play and you can’t see if your video has already been downloaded. You can share with your friends emailing to them, embedding in a web page. Playing with Jumpcat's features, you inevitably get the point that the future of free online video is here. Splice your footage, add music, photos. It's very easy to use.
  • MetaCafe. Social video sharing. "Serving the best world'svideos"
  • Ourmedia. Online storage. "The Global Home for Grassroots Media. Publish and store video, audio and other media that you created! Share and discover independent media. Connect to a global community! Learn how to create citizens media. Free storage & bandwidth forever! Do NOT post other artists' copyrighted works without permission."
  • Eyespot. Use the eyespot Mixer to combine your videos, photos and music! Share your video and mixes with the world for Free. Easy-to-use video uploading and remixing. But why just 25MB filesize limit? it's too small.
  • Grouper. Watch, share, create. Windows Media Player-based. Post direct to MySpace, friendster, eBay, searchles. Download both to hard drive and iPod.
  • Videoegg. "VideoEgg offers partners a flexible, intuitive, and comprehensive video experience: from technology to monetization to content. We serve tens of millions of video streams daily on our partner sites and offer advertisers unique placement within these streams."
P.S. Take part in our poll. The best video sharing services, videos online, funny videos, streaming videos, music, web, free online video, video sharing sites
