This spring the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a 911 call from the home of Paris Hilton. The incident was said to be “possibly electrical in origin,” a rep for the Fire Department told Access. The issue was quickly resolved and the fire truck left the residence.

•    ShamWow! The most annoying commercial ever is for ShamWow! The man must say ShamWow! about 30 times in 30 seconds!  Actually, the ad works as I find it difficult to forget this name now.

•    Burger King. Not a particular video but a series of them featuring this weird guy in the creepy vinyl mask. I just wonder who would accept any food items it offers.

•    Empire Carpets. Who doesn’t hit the channel button when the ‘588-xxxx Empire’ commercial hits the screen? My verdict – annoying, stupid and pointless.

•    Taco Bell. It is the one where the man is dressed up like an ugly pregnant woman who looks like is pregnant with octuplets. Under his shirt is a Taco Bell nachos he is trying to sneak into a sporting event. First of all, I have always hated Nacho man. And this commercial was the last drop. I cannot figure out anything more stupid than The Taco Bell Nacho Man in Drag commercial.

•    Pull-Ups Potty Dance. This commercial can easily annoy a little child, I am not talking about adult people who turn off TV as soon as they see that. Is not it the weirdest ad for nappies?

•    Progressive. That girl has the most annoying voice, especially in the commercial where she says ‘discount’ and keeps getting progressively louder until she is yelling. The one with the party horns is really annoying too, where she blows the horn like she is playing a tune or something, then says, ‘I wrote that. UGH!!!

With our busy lives, we all love the convenience of fast food or numerous chain restaurants. But if you read this, you feel preoccupied with your health, and you are right. I bet that each one of us have tasted a burger, crisps or ready meals, but why do we like it so much? The point is a mixture of low quality ingredients are dressed up to look like something special and tasty, laced with artificial additives, preservatives and extremely unhealthy quantities of fats, including the deadly trans fats, sugars and salt. •    Fast food is a short way to numerous diseases. Among them are cancer, coronary heart disease, diabetes, obesity in children and adults, rotten teeth, dry or spotty skin, bad breath, constipation, digestive problems, headaches, poor concentration, depression, tiredness, anemia and the list is to be continued.
•    What is no less important, junk food looks so fresh which is far from reality. It’s kept looking good, maybe for days and days on end, by preservatives. I hope that from now on, you will think twice before purchasing another hamburger or French fries. Lots of people all over the world have already reviewed their diets and made the right choice, now it is your turn to join the healthy trend.

During the last several days I cannot stop thinking what companies want to show in their commercials. But most of all I would like to understand why there are so many stupid and low quality commercial video clips. Is the reason that companies see consumers as uneducated people without sense of humor? Till this moment I have not managed to solve these puzzles, if you know the answer, please, share it with me. Anyway, I have made a list of 5 commercials of different companies that, according to my opinion, are worth the title of The Most Stupid Commercials Ever.
1. Castrol Edge. You can see in the video men talking about motor oil preferences, out of a sudden appears a crazy guy who hits each of them with a dipstick and repeats: “You are thinking with your dipstick, Jimmy”. Where is the sense? Or am I the only one who cannot understand it?

2. Pro Line. Several muscle relaxing pills drop into rugby players’ food. When on the field players behave like lunatics whose speech sounds like senseless groans, movements like uncontrolled activity of the body. The whole image makes me want to call to the ambulance. Though on the whole, the commercial seems quite funny and unusual.

3. AccuServ. The company that repairs copiers is also in our list today. A plump woman tries to make a copy of…her bottom. When did they see this? Are there many women who have such a maniac idea?

4. Mario Bros. Well, we all love the game but I have always thought that a good thing needs no commercials, especially such stupid ones.
