Amazing Video of 5 Best Fountains in the World

If we look back to the ancient times, we will see how skillful people were as they were able to build magnificent architectural monuments that impress us till today. But what will modern people leave as a cultural heritage? We can construct potent skyscrapers, exquisite monuments and fabulous fountains. That is what I would like to focus on. I present you 5 most fantastic fountains in the world.
1. Banpo Bridge in Korea. The bridge is considered one of the most renowned masterpieces in this genre. From both sides of the construction fall down streams of water (190 tons of water per minute) lighted by multicolor projectors (220 lights). Its name is Moonlight Rainbow Fountain, but it is often called by the name of the bridge. Its length is 1140 meter, which makes the Moonlight Rainbow Fountain the longest one in the world.

2. Big Wild Goose Pagoda Music Fountain situated in Saudi Arabia. The fountain is placed next to the famous Big Wild Goose Pagoda and is considered the largest musical fountain throughout Asia that by the way features the longest light bar. Fire is shot out of the holes, a huge folding waterscape is created by 22 sprays. Once seen the image, you will never forget it.

3. Fontana de Trevi situated in Italy. I would call this fountain the most romantic one. Fontana de Trevi is the largest fountain in baroque style that is placed at the end of the famous Aqua Virgo aqueduct.

4. Charybdis Fountain in UK. An unusual vortex fountain that rises every 15 minutes. Thanks to a sheer plastic type polymer around it, water seems to stand alone.

5. La Joute Fountain in Canada. What can be more fabulous that a combination of water and fire? Bronze statues circle the masterpiece Ring of flames lasts 7 minutes, than gas is shot through to form the fire and a dense mist appears. The cycle is 32 minutes long.

Watch Crazy Earthquake Video

In the past decade the Earth has been far more seismologically active in comparison with earlier times. That has become the reason for numerous shocking and dangerous happenings that has led to large disasters. I am convinced that to be able to overcome a danger you must know as much as possible about it so as to be prepared for everything. Check out some curious facts about the happening and watch the most striking video clips.
One of the most curios facts is that seismological activity of the Earth makes continents move, and as a result Los Angeles will meet San Francisco in several million years. The cities are approaching each other 2 inches a year.
In spite of numerous and the most terrifying evidence March is not considered an earthquake month. But I do not feel like believing it. Just remember terrible earthquakes in Prince William Sound or the Andrean of Island of Alaska. It is said that the latest disasters happened in February. And a devastating accident in Chile is among them (it occurred on February 27 of this year). By the way, in the result of the tremors in Chile the city of Concepción shifted by 10 feet to the west. And what is no less important, it has changed the Earth’s rotation a little bit, so the day has shortened since then.
While watching the videos, I am covering with goose skin. I am lucky not to like in seismologically active so I cannot even imagine what people have to go through, some of them lose the closest people, all belongings and the hope to be happy on this earth. There are over 500,000 tremors every year – some of them are devastating, others are slightly perceptible – but they are part of our nature and the planet we live on.

Hurricane Best Video & Curious Facts

Nature is rich in inexplicable and unexpected phenomena. Some of them bring are worth admiration while others interfere with human’s life and can do a serious harm. You may remember the shocking stories of Dangerous & Shocking Shark Attacks. Now I would like to focus on devastating power of hurricanes and some fascinating facts about them.
Hurricanes usually form on the areas of low air pressure where difference between clouds and warm water cause rotating wind streams. Hurricane have about 700 – 800 km in diameter with a so called eye (or center) up to 35 km. I wonder that weather condition in the center of a hurricane is very calm and nice while whirling streams around it hit everything on their way with tremendous force.

Hurricanes are usually accompanied with severe floods, which is the main reason of human deaths (about 90 per cent). It is essential for whirling winds to support at least 75 degrees of Fahrenheit to survive. That is why we can’t remember any hurricanes in cold waters of North America’s West Coast. The same reason stipulates the season for hurricanes to appear – late summer or early fall.
By the way, hurricanes can cause very positive consequences. Do you know, for example, that a hurricane once stopped a war? It was in 1888 when German fleet faced American one near the coasts of Samoa. The German troops were about to attack when a hurricane began and destroyed both fleets. Soldiers started to help each other, and the incident was forgotten.
It is a long tradition to name hurricanes. At first, they got saints’ names, then scientists began using female names, and only in 1978 man’s names were included as well. The most devastating hurricane in human’s history occurred in Bangladesh in 1970. Over a million lives were taken by wind and water.

Dangerous & Shocking: Shark Attack Video

What about ticking the nerves, I thought in the morning. As a result of such an unusual and inexplicable feeling I have here some dangerous and shocking shark attack video clips. By the way, do you know that every year sharks attack people about 100 times; on average 10 of their victims dye in the result? The figures cannot be exact because not every shark attack is reported. Sometimes, it happens due to bad mass media as in the countries of the third world, or due to government politics – they just do not want to cause panic. Anyway, the numbers are terrifying.
The most common places where sharks dwell are nearshore waters and areas with steep drop-offs.
There are supposed to be three kinds of shark attacks excluding a provoked one. The most common is a so called “hit and run” attack. That happens in the majority of cases with swimmers and surfers in nearshore area. A shark makes a single bite and disappears. As a rule injures after this kind of a shark attack is nor life threatening. Unlike “hit and run” two other types of attack known as “bump and bite” and “sneak” result in hard injuries and even fatality. “Bump and bite” means that a shark circles bumping a victim, then attacks it. “Sneak” means that there will be no any warning before an attack.
Well, in spite of a terrifying data it is no need to panic. Much more people suffer and even dye annually through bees, snakes or swaps fault. Or the risk of dying from lightning is 30 times bigger than form shark attacks. So, just follow the rules and pay attention to signs during your holiday at the seaside. And you will not be in danger. If you have got interested in the most unusual natural predators you may find it captivating to get to know about Dangerous & Charming Video of Venus Flytrap. Video of the Day: UFO Phenomenon

Do you believe that UFOs really exist? Well, the question is quite confusing. On the one hand, on the Internet and TV there are thousands of sightings. On the other hand, they are claimed to be fake. UFOs are considered aircrafts sent to the Earth by other highly developed civilizations. At the same time, fter thorough investigations the majority of so called UFOs resulted to be balloons, aircrafts, astronomical objects or simply light phenomena or hoaxes.
By the way, this week two sighting reports came from California. One comes from Oklahoma and the other from Illinois. The first incident was noticed by a couple who could see three bright lights moving in the sky. The second case was witnessed by many people. Something bright, white and star looking appeared in the sky. It was silent and large.
I am sure that everybody who has seen an UFO at least once do really believe that they exists, while other stay rather skeptic about it. They say that an UFO is an invention of militaries that is kept in secret. Who knows? Still multiple photographic evidence exist such as still photos, videos, movie films. Besides, radars contact and track them. And what about the next video clip? The incident took place and was caught on video on August 8th, 2009. An UFO was witnessed at about 4:15 PM near Davis Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona.
Seems quite terrifying. So if you would prefer now to switch over to any funnier topic I suggest remembering Top 10 Funniest Videos on YouTube. Anyway, till today UFOs and extraterrestrial civilizations (if they exist, of course) have not shown any threatening intention. So we can dream about how wonderful it will be in the future to travel to other galaxies in similar UFOs and investigate the Universe.
