Jackie Chan (lucky to own his business card?)is one of few actors whose movies I can watch over and over again. And I am definitely not the only one to adore the actor. • Rush Hour. This is the movie that brought Chan to the mainstream American public. Rush Hour goes about two cops with opposite characters and attitude to life (Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker ) working together against Asian kidnappers. • The Legend of Drunken Master. Fei-Hong has learned a style of fighting called “Drunken Boxing”, which makes him a dangerous person to cross. Unfortunately, his father is opposed to his engaging in any kind of fighting. So Fei-Hong not only has to fight against the foreigners, but he must overcome his father’s negative attitude as well.

• Rumble in the Bronx. In 1995 Rumble topped the box office over its opening weekend, giving Chan a measure of vindication. The story is about a Hong Kong cop (Chan) who comes to New York for a wedding and ends up taking down a crime syndicate proved a fine distillation of his strengths as a leading man.

• Police Story. There are four series of Police Story with A New Police Story filmed pretty later than others. They feature Kevin, a Hong-Kong cop, played by Jackie who cannot but getting into a pretty mess. Then Kevin has to clear his name, and he does his best to achieve the aim. Police Story earned the admiration of critics, and there are strong reasons for it.

• Project A. Jackie Chan plays a coast guard officer named Dragon Ma in 19th-century Hong Kong whose ship is being terrorized by pirates. Of course, that’s only part of it as law enforcement officials are also in cahoots with his enemies, leaving Chan in a position where he has to take them on. As is always the case in Chan films, both his comedic and stunningly athletic side come out.

Filmmaking industry is one of the largest businesses ever. Movies have taken an important niche in everybody’s life. I personally love to watch movies, but I often get dissatisfied and upset with the plot or performance. That is why I do not want you to waste your time. Here is the list of the top thriller movies according to different polls and experts.
1. The Fugitive. One of the best films ever made from a TV series, ‘The Fugitive’ boasts a perfect blend of suspense, action and righteousness. Tommy Lee Jones and Harrison Ford played gorgeously.

2. The Departed. The Oscar winning tightly wound undercover-cop-vs.-crooked-cop drama featuring Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Mark Wahlberg and Alec Baldwin is the best Martin Scersese’s work.

3. Seven. David Fincher was the first to find the formula of the ideal thriller. A serial killer bases his crimes on the seven deadly sins, which makes the movie taut and shocking.

4. The Usual Suspects. The end of the film makes you open the mouth wondering how he could do that! Kevin Spacey did the best.

5. Silence of the Lambs. I think everybody knows it, yet if you have not watched this heart-pounding masterpiece it is high time to do it. Anthony Hopkins’s gaze will make our blood stop cold.

6. Deep Impact. We have got used to numerous films where a super hero saves the planet. Here scientists discover a seven-mile wide asteroid torpedoing toward Earth, and president Tom Beck devises a plan to build caves that can protect 1,000,000 people.

7. Eagle Eye. Shia LaBeouf plays a disaffected youth who’s one of a group of seemingly random folks manipulated by an evil Big Brother-type organization into committing acts of terrorism.

8. Fight Club. An office employee and a soap salesman build a global organization to help vent male aggression. But that is not as simple as it seems at first.

9. Inception. Though the film is new it has gained incredible popularity. Just watch it and you will understand why.

10. The prestige. I love the movie about rivalry between two magicians is exacerbated when one of them performs the ultimate illusion.

The history of Hollywood has granted us a lot of fight scenes where evil fights vs. good, sons vs. their fathers, etc. Now I bring forward a list of one on one fights in movies we remember and love.
• Robin Hood Prince of Thieves vs. The Sheriff of Nottingham. Frankly speaking, I loved this movie when I was a teen. It was like a fairytale about good and evil where good always wins.
• The Alien Queen vs. Ripley in Alien movie. Ripley wants to defeat the Alien Queen – her greatest nightmare. Ripley manages to do that but only after the beast tears her friend.

• Commodus vs. Maximus. I hope everybody remembers Gladiator fabulous story about love, hypocrisy, and revenge.

• The Matrix revolution best fight moment – Neo vs. Agent Smith. This is the battle that differs dramatically from any other ever seen on the screen. New approach to the scene, latest technologies and futuristic extraordinary abilities of the opponents. God, I love the scene.

• The Witch King vs. Eowyn in Lord of Rings: The Return of the King. A brave and clever Eowyn steps into a fight to rescue her uncle. She fights both the Witch King and his giant beast.
• Kill Bill female fight scene took place between O-Ren Ishii and the Bride. Could you describe any fight episode elegant, I would, and it is Kill Bill Volume I scene. No doubt, the Bride wins the battle.
• I cannot but mentioning Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith where Anakin Skywalker fought against Obi Wan Kenobi. In fact, the film has so many battle episodes that I found it difficult to choose only one. So, consider this one as just an example of perfectly made futuristic scenes of Star Wars.
• This list will not be complete without Rocky and his fabulous fights. Let’s take the one with Apollo Creed, for instance. Great technique and exciting story.

Everybody has his favorite video compilation. For some people these are video clips with adventurous spirit, for others these are crazy video loops, a perfect example of which I have in Watch Crazy Video on the Road. But there are people who go crazy about fights, but not street or professional. The topic of today is the best hockey fights.

Hockey has always attracted a vast audience by tough and cruel games and behavior of some players. By the way, ice hockey is the only major game where fighting is possible. It is supposed that hockey fighting appeared because of the lack of rules that encouraged physical strength to be used. A significant step increasing the amount of fights during the game became an implementation of blue lines. Here I have some YouTube hockey fight video clip for you to enjoy.
Since the year 1992 has acted Rule 56 that is supposed to control so called fisticuffs. In spite of this, hockey is still the toughest and cruelest game these days. Only Olympic ice hockey can be considered an exception.

There is in ice hockey even an unofficial role of “enforcer”. Such players have shifts just like others but their main aim is to deter an opposing player. Actually, players may find multiple reasons to start a fight. Among them there are both game related and personal.
There have been several efforts to ban hockey fighting. As a rule this happens after the media spreads the facts about any act of violence. Anyway, we can see no results of these campaigns yet. The thing is many people still love watching hockey as it is nowadays. They create video compilations and share them on the Internet. In the result, it turns into a pandemic hobby. SWAT Training Video: Master the Art

Here we are together again but this time the topic I would like to offer is not so sublime and spiritual as the last one about Praise You in the Storm Official Video. Today I would prefer to watch how SWAT teams train. As for me, the videos are super interesting to talk about, and I hope you will support me. And here is the first SWAT training video to enjoy.

I consider their tactics and technical skills, which are known only to initiates, are very impressive. There is no doubt that only strong, determined and gifted men can master the art.

These are people who work in high risk situations such as counter sniper, hostage situations, barricaded suspects, suicidal subjects and many other cases when armed resistance is likely to be applied.

By the way, every SWAT team is deployed about 200 times a year. The team has a fixed structure; it comprises of a lieutenant, four sergeants and forty officers. Among them there is a sergeant and three officers who form a squad, in other words, they are responsible for equipment, trainings, vehicles, weapons and so on.

SWAT members train just twice a month or more if it is necessary. Besides, every officer has his own assignment that requires additional trainings. Plus cross trainings according to other specialties such as tactical medics, entry specialists, snipers, armored personnel carrier operators, and others. Every specialty means dominating additional complex of skills.

SWAT teams train hard using simulations and practice scenarios but they can hardly foretell what expects them in each real situation. So they have to be prepared for everything, which requires perfect self control, tenacity, strength of will and many other essential skills. Well, brave people are worth talking about them for hours. Taking up a course can be very helpful in dangerous situations; moreover, it’s a very efficient way of spending your free time, a sort of a hobby that you can enjoy and share with other people.

Below you may see some examples of self-defense. But let’s hope that you’ll never need to put these tips to practice.

But taking up martial arts is not the only solution. If you happen to get in a dangerous situation by bad luck then you should remember that action is important. Don’t mull over what to do – do something right away. Bad guys usually count on your unawareness and confusion; they don’t expect you to put up resistance. Don’t let them scare you. Avoid ‘bad’ places: dark streets, unknown houses and wasteland areas. It might be helpful to take some means of defense with you, if you’re going somewhere alone and in the evening. A usual penknife may save your life. But don’t try to fight if you managed to get away – use the bad guy’s confusion and simply run to the safe place. Always check behind your back if you’re in a dangerous place and avoid listening to a music player – it’s not worth loosing you money or life. Take care.
