We live in the 21st century when people have finally realized the necessity and importance of healthy lifestyle. The buzzword of today has become Svaroopa Yoga. The word can be translated from Sanskrit as “know yourself”. The method was invented by Rama Berch, known now as Swami Nirmalananda. According to the founder of Svaroopa, it is a kind of yoga aimed at working on what our body really needs and not on what you would like to change. So, if you manage to know yourself, you will become happy and healthy. That is what Svaroopa connoisseurs promise. Svaroopa exercises seem very easy, but such impression is deceptive. They are perfect for beginners, because they do not include challenging poses just slow and gentle moves. For advanced yogis there are a lot of useful things to do as well.

Keep Fit with Gymstick Video


In continuation to the topic of good look, which we began from enjoying Very Short Haircut Videos, I suggest discussing the problem of losing weight. No one will argue that this is a problem number 1 in modern society. Personally I prefer not waiting for a miracle to come but doing my best so that to reach the aim. That’s why today I would like to tell about a new fitness tool designed to simplify losing weight. This magic wand is called Gymstick. The tool was created in Finland and now its popularity has gained world recognition and not without reason.
The Gymstick combines stick and resistance band exercise into one effective workout. Its mechanism is amazingly simply and convenient. For doing exercises with a gymstick just attach both ends of a tool by a special rope and set another ends under you feet.
What is no less important there were designed several Gymstick types for different fitness levels. The resistance levels may vary from 1 to 35 kilos. So as you see, it is perfect for individual training. There were developed many training programs so that to practice it at home.

Gymstick is good for all age groups from junior to senior as well as for all types of fitness amateurs from rehabilitation patients to athletes. The thing is not to be lazy. Regular exercising is the key to health and keeping fit.
