Just imagine what you would do if you had a billion of dollars. The people I am going to talk about know what having a lot of money is. However, for some reasons, maybe for the itch to do something with those easy millions of dollars, some celebrities have a knack for making some pretty bad business decisions. Today we will focus on such unlucky business owners, enjoy the list and celebrities on video right now.
Paris Hilton. Her grandfather owned as much as $2.3 billion. All she had to do was behave herself in order to receive part, but she just couldn’t seem to do that. Granted, Hilton wouldn’t have gotten all of that money, her take resulted only $5 million. The rest her grandfather decided to give to charity instead. Besides, Paris has been accused for millions of dollars several times. I just wonder how she will end up.

Kim Bassinger. The actress and just a rich woman made a huge mistake buying…not a house or an expensive sports car, but the whole town. Buying the small town of Braselton (happen to have its postcards?), Georgia for $20 million, with the dream of turning it into a tourist attraction that featured movie studios and a film festival, was a massive failure for Kim Basinger. She ended up selling it for only $1 million and later declared bankruptcy.

There are also men in the list. Here are some of them. Stan Lee. In 1998 comic book creator Stan Lee founded an Internet-based company, which was quickly burning through more than $20 million in cash and only producing $1 million in revenue. That was the beginning of the end.

Marion ‘Suge’ Knight. Knight’s Death Row Records dominated the music charts in the early 1990s. A few years later the rapper was imprisoned for parole violating. That was when things started going the worst way. He was sentenced to nine years but was released in 2001. He then was sent to jail again in 2003 when he struck a parking lot attendant. While in prison, Knight’s money problems escalated. He was ordered to pay $107 million to a woman who claimed a 50% ownership stake in Death Row Records.

Recently Forbes published the list of the richest people of America. The majority of names mentioned here are no wonder yet it is worth watching at them on video.
5. Jim Carr Walton is the youngest son of Wal-Mart founder Sam Walton and the Chairman of Arvest Bank. For October 2010 his fortune is estimated at around US $20.1 billion.

4. David Hamilton Koch and his $21.5 billion. David is an American businessman, philanthropist, political activist and chemical engineer. Since 2000, David Koch has pledged and donated more than $600 million to the arts, education and medical research.

3. Christy Ruth Walton is considered the richest woman in the world. She is the wife of late John T. Walton. After his death in June 2005, she inherited his fortune of $15.7 billion. As of September 2010, she is the 4th richest person in the United States according to the Forbes 400 list and the 12th richest person in the Forbes World’s Billionaires, with an estimated net worth of US $24 billion.

2. Warren Edward Buffett with $45 billion. He is an American investor, industrialist and philanthropist. He is widely regarded as one of the most successful investors in the world. Buffett is called the “Oracle of Omaha” or the “Sage of Omaha” and is noted for his adherence to the value investing philosophy and for his personal frugality despite his immense wealth.

1. Bill Gates. He is doubtlessly the richest person in the world. And it is no wonder to see him in the first place again. Bill is an American business magnate, philanthropist, author and chairman of Microsoft, the software company he founded with Paul Allen. Gates is one of the best-known entrepreneurs of the personal computer revolution. Although he is admired by many, a number of industry insiders criticize his business tactics, which they consider anti-competitive.

SpaceShipOne Video You Have Never Seen

I suppose that after SWAT Training Video: Master the Art we have not watched anything really brutal and striking. It is high time to do that straight away, is not it? Have you ever seen SpaceShipOne videos or at least have heard about it? Anyway, I am here to tell a little bit about it.

SpaceShipOne is a high speed rocket-powered aircraft manufactured by Scaled Composites. It is the first aircraft funded privately without any government support. The total development costs of the aircraft are about $ 25 million. The first flight of it was an unmanned test that took place on the 20th May, 2003. Then goes a number of flights and tests that have helped to improve the aircraft’s work. There were 17 flights in all, during which only three pilots had a chance to handle the SpaceShipOne – Mike Melvill, Peter Siebold, and Brian Binnie. The last flight of the flying wonder took place on 4th October, 2004. After that the SpaceShipOne turned into a museum piece.

The SpaceShipOne won several prizes, among which there are the following ones: Ansari X PRIZE at the rate of $ 10 million for reaching 100 kilometer altitude twice within two weeks. Another achievement is Space Achievement Award 2005 from Space Foundation.
The SpaceShipOne features 15 m² of wing area, 5 m of length, 87 seconds of burn time, 3 people on board as maximum, 2,170 mph, 3,518 km/h of maximum speed, etc.

After its retirement in 2004 it was announced about SpaceShipTwo development that was supposed to be more powerful with better performance characteristics. The project was successful, and the result was unveiled on July 28th, 2009. But as early as in August, 2005 it was announce that if SpaceShipTwo was successful, the next version SpaceShipThree would be an orbital craft.
